On October 27, 2023, J&T Global Express Limited (J&T Express , 01519.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately US$500 million. The transaction is the second largest listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange so far in 2023.

 

J&T Express is a courier company established in 2015 in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, to provide courier solutions for leading e-commerce platforms, helping them reach areas that are underserved by traditional logistics service providers. The company provides comprehensive express services to merchants and consumers on leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Taobao, Tmall, Shein and Noon, as well as short video and live streaming platforms such as TikTok, Douyin and Kuaishou.
