On January 12, 2024, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited ("WELLCELL HOLD", stock code: 02477.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. WELLCELL HOLD's global offering of approximately 125 million shares was priced at HK$1.00 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$125 million.

Established in 2003, WELLCELL HOLD is a telecommunications network support and ICT integration service provider. Its main business includes telecommunication network support services such as wireless telecommunication network optimization services and telecommunication network infrastructure maintenance and engineering services, ICT integration services, and telecommunication network related software development services. WELLCELL HOLD's major customers are telecom operators, telecom network equipment manufacturers, telecom network and technical service providers, and general contractors.

The IPO was co-sponsored by Eddid Capital Limited and Halcyon Capital Limited;
