Estée Lauder Appoints Rashida La Lande as Executive Vice President and General Counsel

The Estée Lauder Group recently officially announced that Rashida La Lande has been appointed as the Group's new Executive Vice President and General Counsel, replacing Deirdre Stanley, who left the Group in April of this year.

 

Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Rashida served as General Counsel for Kraft Heinz. She also practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP for more than 17 years. Upon joining Estée Lauder, La Lande will be responsible for overseeing the Company's global legal operations, including compliance, risk mitigation, governance and transactional efforts, as well as providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors on all legal matters. She will also oversee Estée Lauder's global privacy office and security team. Rashida La Lande will assume her role on 19 August and will report to William Lauder, Executive Chairman, and Fabrizio Freda, Chief Executive Officer and President.
