Clifford Chance recently announced that it has welcomed Stella Cramer, a legal expert in its technology practice, as a partner. Stella will be based in the Singapore office and will lead Clifford Chance's Technology Practice Group in Asia Pacific.

Stella has over 15 years of legal experience in the Asia Pacific region, having worked as counsel for two multinational banks, focusing on technology, data and digital projects across jurisdictions.Stella has acted on a number of significant fintech projects, often on transactions involving disruptive technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, and is experienced in handling complex digital and transformational technology projects, platforms partnerships and tech deal handling experience. She is also able to advise clients on global data compliance programs, data commercialization and high-profile cyber events.
