On January 5, 2024, RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd ("RoboSense", stock code: 2498.HK) was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first stock listed in Hong Kong in 2024. Sprint Polytron issued a total of 22.91 million new shares at an issue price of HK$43 per share, raising gross proceeds of HK$985 million and net proceeds of HK$877 million.

 

Founded in 2014, RoboSense is a global leader in the LiDAR and perception solutions market. It develops solutions based on chip-driven LiDAR hardware and AI perception software, expanding application scenarios and realizing large-scale commercialization in the industry. At present, RoboSense, Hesai, Seyond, and Huawei are the laser radar industry's first echelon manufacturers. RoboSense's successful listing was not only to become the Hong Kong stock market's "first laser radar stock,"  but also a major event in the global laser radar industry.
