Herbert Smith Freehills recently announced that Pariyapol Kamolsilp has officially joined its Bangkok office as the third partner.

Kamolsilp's main area of practice is dispute resolution and he is well versed in handling all types of commercial disputes, especially those arising in the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Apart from this, he also advises clients in the construction sectors and insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he was a partner at Weeming & Co., and moved to Kudun in 2016, where he was promoted to partner one year later.
