The Elan Group, an Indian real estate group, has hired Sanjeev Sachdeva as its new Head Legal.

Prior to joining the Elan Group, Mr. Sachdeva was a partner at Mine & Young, where he focused on real estate, corporate law and infrastructure matters. In addition, he has over 30 years of in-house experience in senior management positions with leading corporate legal teams including PAAM Pharmaceuticals, Gumberg India, M3M India, and Emaar India.
