Aseem Infrastructure Finance (AIFL), the shadow banking subsidiary of the National Investment & Infrastructure Fund, recently announced that it had engaged Shishir Kumar as its Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel.

Kumar has extensive experience in the Banking & Financial sector. Prior to joining AIFL, he was the Executive Vice President and Head of Legal at Edelweiss Alternatives for nearly a decade.
