Recently, Jingtian & Gongcheng's Hong Kong office welcomed two lawyers, Vivian Yiu and Ke Huang, to join the office.
Yiu has a long-standing practice focusing on corporate transactions, covering primary and secondary share offerings, private investments in public equity (PIPEs), public and private M&A transactions, as well as all types of transactions under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster and practised at Allen & Overy and Clifford Chance. Upon joining the firm, Yiu will be a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities practice.
Mr. Huang has a longstanding focus on international capital markets, specialising in representing issuers and underwriters in international equity and debt offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and other Asian jurisdictions. He was previously a partner in Morrison & Foerster's Shanghai office and has practised with Allen & Overy and O'Melveny & Myers. Mr Huang will be joining Jingtian & Gongcheng as a registered foreign lawyer.
