Shinong Wang has recently joined DLA Piper's Hong Kong office as Of Counsel.

Wang specializes in investment funds, providing high-end clients with strategic counsel on key fund-related matters, including the structuring and formation of private investment funds, liquidity solutions, investment management, and regulatory compliance. He also represents clients in secondary market transactions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Wang was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and previously practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton and Simpson Thacher.
